We collect the information you give us when you:

• Make an enquiry or booking — your name, email address and the details you include in your message.
• Register as a creator — your name, email, phone number, location, social media handles, follower count, interests and the information you tell us about yourself.
• Pay for membership — payment is taken by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details; Stripe processes them under its own privacy policy.
• Chat with our AI assistant — the questions you ask and the answers given, so the conversation can continue.

• To respond to your enquiries and provide our services.
• To manage your creator registration and membership.
• To contact you about upcoming creator work you have registered interest in.
• To take payment and keep records of purchases.
• To improve our website and services.

We process your information to perform our contract with you (for example, to provide your membership), where we have a legitimate interest (for example, responding to enquiries and improving our services), and where the law requires it (for example, keeping payment records).

We share your information only with the service providers needed to run our business, such as Stripe for payments and our website hosting and email providers. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

We keep your information for as long as you are a member or customer, and afterwards only for as long as the law requires for accounting and record-keeping purposes.

• ask us to correct or delete it;
