Creator Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: 2 October 2026
These Terms & Conditions apply to all creators who purchase digital products, memberships, resources, access or services provided by Louise Thomson Agency (“we”, “us”, “our”).
1. Digital Product / Creator Access
By purchasing access to a Louise Thomson Agency digital product, creator membership, platform, resource or related service, you acknowledge that the product is supplied digitally.
The standard creator access fee is £9.99, unless otherwise stated at the point of purchase.
Your purchase provides access to the specific digital product, content, platform or creator resources described at the time of purchase.
2. Payment
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase unless an alternative payment arrangement has been expressly agreed by us.
By completing your purchase, you confirm that the payment details provided are accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
3. Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the nature of our products being digital products and/or digital access, payments are non-refundable once the digital product, membership, content or access has been supplied, except where a refund is required by applicable UK consumer law.
If you purchase digital content and request that access is provided immediately, you acknowledge and agree that, once supply of the digital content has begun, you may lose your statutory 14-day cancellation right where the law permits this.
Refunds will not normally be provided because a creator:
- changes their mind after purchasing;
- does not use the product or membership;
- does not access the available content;
- no longer wishes to participate;
- fails to make use of the available creator resources; or
- purchases the product by mistake where the digital product has already been supplied and the applicable cancellation rights have been waived in accordance with UK law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
4. Access
Access is intended for the individual creator who purchased the product or membership.
You must not share, resell, distribute, reproduce, copy or provide your access or purchased digital content to another person without our prior written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access where there is evidence of misuse, unauthorised sharing, fraudulent activity or a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions.
5. Digital Content
All digital content, materials, resources, training, documents, systems and other materials supplied by Louise Thomson Agency remain subject to our intellectual property rights unless expressly stated otherwise.
You may use purchased materials for your own personal or agreed creator/business purposes but may not reproduce, resell, redistribute or commercially exploit our materials without written permission.
6. Availability
We will make reasonable efforts to ensure that purchased digital products and services remain available as described at the time of purchase.
We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access where interruptions are caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including technical problems, internet outages, third-party platforms or maintenance.
7. Changes to Services
We may update, improve or make reasonable changes to our digital products, platform, content or creator services from time to time.
Where a significant change materially affects a paid service, we will provide reasonable information to affected customers where appropriate.
8. Creator Responsibilities
Creators are responsible for ensuring that any content they submit, upload or provide to Louise Thomson Agency complies with applicable laws and does not infringe the rights of another person.
Creators must not use our services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or otherwise prohibited activity.
9. Account & Security
Where an account or login is provided, you are responsible for keeping your login information secure.
You must notify us promptly if you believe that your account or access has been compromised.
10. Limitation of Liability
We will provide our digital products and services with reasonable care and skill.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under UK law.
11. Privacy
Personal information provided when purchasing or using our services will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer protection laws applicable to you provide otherwise.
Any disputes will be subject to the applicable courts and laws.
13. Acceptance
By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
Where immediate access to digital content is requested, you also acknowledge that the digital content may be supplied immediately and that you may lose your statutory cancellation right once supply begins where permitted by law.
